Gabriel Jimenez is a law clerk at Tully Rinckey, PLLC’s Latham office, where he assists attorneys with matters pertaining to federal labor and employment and civil litigation. Gabriel graduated from Albany Law School in 2025. During his time in law school, Gabriel demonstrated skills that are necessary to succeed in the legal field by participating in prestigious intraschool moot court competitions, such as the Donna Jo Morse Client Counseling Competition and the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, where he was a semifinalist and quarterfinalist respectively. Gabriel further developed his legal skills by being a subeditor for the Albany Law School’s Science and Technology Journal.
Gabriel intends to practice in New York State and is currently awaiting his New York Bar Exam results.
