Hunter Galpin

Hunter L. Galpin is a Law Clerk in Tully Rinckey’s Latham office. Hunter earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Siena College.

During his time in law school, Hunter was the president of the Jewish Law Student Association. He held several clerkships, including the U.S. Office of Special Counsel- Investigation and Prosecution Division, Amtrak-Labor and Employment Disciplinary Hearings, and the D.C. Board of Ethics and Government Accountability —Office of Government Ethics. He also served in two clinicals as a student attorney with the Government Accountability Project assisting whistleblowers and in UDC’s Criminal Defense and Racial Justice Clinic defending indigent clients in the D.C. Superior court.

Hunter’s experience spans whistleblower advocacy, government ethics, labor relations, and criminal defense.
