Jennifer K. Prossick

Jennifer K. Prossick, Esq. is the Deputy Managing Partner in Tully Rinckey’s Rochester office, where she focuses her practice on Family and Matrimonial law.

Jennifer was most recently the Supervising Attorney at Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc., where she served as Supervisor of Domestic Violence/Family Court Unit, handled Family Court matters with domestic violence clients, taught new attorneys substantive law, and oversaw staff attorneys and their caseloads.

Jennifer also served as the County Attorney for Steuben County in Bath, N.Y., where she was Chief Legal Officer for the County in all non-criminal matters. The position is the highest appointed attorney position in County Government and responsible for representation of all County Officials (Legislature, Sheriff, County Manager, etc.) in day-to-day operations of county government.

Jennifer has also worked as an attorney in private practice, serving as Municipal Attorney for several local towns, representing parents and children in custody/visitation/paternity/support/child abuse/neglect/PINS and juvenile delinquency matters; civil litigation, real property litigation (boundary line, title issues, evictions); commercial disputes, probate/estate contestation; and transactional law (real estate and estate planning).
