Juliana Preisman

Juliana C. Preisman is currently a Law Clerk in Tully Rinckey’s Latham, NY office where her primary focus is on Family and Matrimonial Law. Juliana graduated from Albany Law School in May of 2025 and is pending admission to the New York State Bar.

During law school Juliana gained invaluable experience and furthered her research and writing skills in Family as well as Criminal Law while she interned at the Schenectady County Public Defender’s Office and as a Law Clerk for a private attorney. Additionally, during law school Juliana attended the University of Parma in Parma, Italy, where she took a variety of courses in international law.

Prior to law school, Juliana graduated Magna Cum Laude from Russell Sage College in 2022, where she majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice. In Juliana’s last semester of college, she was employed full-time as a Legal Administrative Assistant for a small multi-practice firm located in Delmar, NY.

Outside of work Juliana enjoys cooking, traveling and kayaking, as well as spending time with her family, including her fluffy cat.
