Madeline Thibault is a Law Clerk in Tully Rinckey’s Syracuse office, where she is part of the firm’s labor and employment practice. In addition to her work in labor and employment law, Madeline has worked extensively on ADA cases where she helped advocate for access to public accommodations, successfully assisted disabled workers in filing employment discrimination claims, and has had the opportunity to work on ADA class actions.
Madeline graduated from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was a Research Assistant for Disability Law, participated in the Disability Rights Clinic as a student attorney, and was the Vice President of the American Constitution Society. In her free time, Madeline enjoys returning to her Northern New York roots through volunteering in the community and participating in civic engagement.
