Marc Avila

Marc Avila is an Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Latham, New York office where he focuses his practice on family and matrimonial law. Prior to joining the team, he lived in the Washington DC and New York City metropolitan areas, attending the University of Maryland and New York Law School respectively. He developed skills in public speaking, leadership, legal writing, and academic research through his extracurricular positions: President of Lambda Chi Alpha International Fraternity and Patent Chairperson of the Intellectual Property Society. Marc’s early practice focused on intellectual property, then grew to immigration and federal securities class action suits before joining the family law division at Tully Rinckey PLLC.
