As Senior Counsel at Tully Rinckey, Patricia has more than 15 years of federal employment and labor experience representing clients in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Office of Special Counsel (OSC), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), federal labor arbitrators, and federal mediators. Her practice focuses on matters involving Title VII, Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), sexual harassment, age discrimination, performance management, disciplinary actions, veterans’ preference/USERRA matters and negotiating settlement agreements.
Patricia has substantial expertise in conducting workplace investigations, employee and labor relations advice and counsel, grievance management, litigation strategy, and collective bargaining. She has also developed and delivered training for federal managers on awareness of federal employment laws and reducing the incidence of complaint filings.
Patricia earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and English as a Second Language from LIU Post and her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia bar and the New Jersey bar.
