Rob Caggiano, Esq., is an Associate in Tully Rinckey’s Buffalo office where he focuses his practice on New York State Labor and Employment and Civil Litigation matters. Rob is well-versed in handling matters such as claims to the New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR), negotiating settlements or severance packages, drafting/reviewing employment or commercial contracts, and litigating lawsuits from inception to closure. Prior to joining the firm, Rob has amassed nearly a decade of experience representing both individuals and employers/insurers across numerous areas of litigation in New York State, including labor and employment, personal injury, premises liability, commercial, mass tort, and workers’ compensation.
Rob is currently admitted to practice law in New York State. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2017, with a concentration in Finance Development. He also attended undergraduate studies at the University at Buffalo, where he majored in both Political Science and Economics. Rob has been recognized by the Super Lawyers publication for Upstate New York as a “Rising Star” since 2023. He has further been recognized by Best Lawyers as “One to Watch in America” in various areas of litigation.
When not working, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports and video games, and touring the area’s various restaurants.
