Tiffany is also a skilled entertainment attorney and seasoned negotiator who represents clients across the music and entertainment industries on high-value, complex transactions that protect and advance their business interests. She negotiates, drafts, and reviews a wide range of agreements, including recording agreements, music publishing agreements, content licenses, side artist agreements, producer agreements, brand collaboration agreements, licensing agreements, and distribution agreements.

Known for her strategic and solutions-oriented approach, Tiffany excels at structuring and closing deals that require creative problem-solving and thoughtful collaboration among multiple stakeholders. She combines legal acumen with industry insight and professional empathy to craft agreements that align competing interests while positioning her clients for long-term success.

In addition to transactional work, Tiffany advises clients on the acquisition, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Her experience includes securing federal copyright registrations through the United States Copyright Office and federal trademark registrations through the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Tiffany earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from St. John’s University and her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She is also a proud member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (the Recording Academy), the prestigious organization behind the GRAMMY Awards, which is dedicated to supporting and advocating for independent contractor music creators, including musicians, producers, recording engineers, and other industry professionals.
