Tristin Ralph, Esq., is an associate attorney in Tully Rinckey’s Washington, D.C. office, where he focuses his practice on federal employment law claims, including claims involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims. Tristin has previous experience representing federal employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
Tristin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the American University School of Communication and his juris doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law. During law school, he served as a staff writer for the American University Business Law Review and a member of the Transactional Negotiation Team.
