With offices across the country, we are actively seeking motivated 3L law students and recent graduates to join our team as Law Clerks and Associate Attorneys upon admission to practice law in New York State.

Role Overview:
As a Law Clerk you will support the representation to clients across a diverse caseload of complex legal matters. You will work closely with experienced attorneys who offer hands on mentorship and guidance, gaining meaningful courtroom and client facing experience early in your career. Our collaborative environment is designed to help future attorneys develop their skills quickly while building a long-term, sustainable legal career. In this role, you will:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Assist with case preparation, trial support, and litigation strategy, including attending depositions.
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal staff under attorney supervision.
- Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Accurately track and record billable time, including compliance with 38 qualified billable hours and other firm requirements.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) expected in 2026
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Career Growth:

As part of the firm’s continued growth, we have made significant investments in compensation and career development. Candidates will be hired as Law Clerks at a starting salary of $65,000 and, upon admission to the bar, will transition to the role of Associate Attorney with a starting salary of $120,000. Higher starting compensation is available for experienced attorneys and those with portable books of business. The firm also offers clear advancement opportunities, including partnership potential for experienced practitioners.
