We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the firm's recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's recruiting efforts by identifying, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. You will:
- Respond to applicants that apply through the firm’s hiring email and exterior job postings
- Conduct screens of applicants including review of job history, qualifications, and education
- Managing candidates through the hiring process using the applicant tracking system
- Drafting job descriptions and posting job ads
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs for phone screens, interviews, offers, and acceptances on a monthly basis
- Generating weekly and monthly reports advising management of recruiting status
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to excel in both individual and collaborative settings
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable navigating and utilizing various external hiring websites
- Skilled in creating and maintaining candidate pipelines in a designated area
