The Training Associate plays a key role in ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed while supporting ongoing professional development across the firm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive firmwide training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Design, schedule and deliver new hire onboarding programs, ongoing in-service training, and monthly departmental training initiatives.
    • Serve as the onboarding facilitator for the Firm’s three?day biweekly new hire training program.
    • Prepare and present remedial trainings on topics relevant to firm operations and professional development as requested by management.
    • Collaborate with Managing Partners and Practice Chairs to identify, develop and schedule specialized and advanced training programs.
    • Design engaging training curricula to enhance attorney and staff knowledge, utilizing both internal and external resources.
    • Assist in the development and coordination of the firm’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) curriculum.
    • Collaborate with Firm Managers to identify, develop and schedule relevant training topics for their departments.
    • Assist Practice Chairs and the Firm’s Practice Administration department to develop and enhance brief banks and practice area templates.
    • Establish and maintain a knowledge management system to support current and future employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in training and professional development.
  • Professional services experience is preferred.
  • Experience executing, developing and implementing training programs.
  • Experience running a training program independently.
