This CLE will provide an overview of the child support process and the determining factors that come into play when calculating child support.
Topics include:
- The basics of child support in New York
- How child support is calculated in New York and what formulas the Courts will use
- The termination of child support
- Qualifications and requirements for child support
- Drafting petitions, agreements, and orders
How to Join:
To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.
After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
