In this complimentary CLE, Carol Crossett, Esq. a Partner in Tully Rinckey’s Manhattan office, will explore CPLR 4519 – personal transactions or communications between witness and decedent or person with a mental illness, known as New York’s Dead Man’s Statute, which continues to play a significant role in probate and civil litigation.
