Join us as we discuss how New York State Courts are handling litigation given their limited ability to allow litigants into Court amid COVID-19.

Specifically, we will focus on parties engaged in litigation in Family or Divorce Court and discuss the process for holding court appearances virtually as well as actual trials.  After the presentation, we will answer specific questions from attendees, we hope to see your there!

Ms. Silva practices in New York and Connecticut. She began her career managing a small general practice that focused on family law and criminal defense in both Connecticut and New York.

As a Senior Associate at Tully Rinckey, PLLC, Christine is part of the Family and Matrimonial Law group, where she focuses on divorce and child custody cases. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in family and matrimonial matters, working as both a private practitioner and public defender. She is also a member of the Tully Rinckey Trust and Estates group, representing persons with a wide variety of estate planning and directives.
