Join us as we discuss how New York State Courts are handling litigation given their limited ability to allow litigants into Court amid COVID-19.
Specifically, we will focus on parties engaged in litigation in Family or Divorce Court and discuss the process for holding court appearances virtually as well as actual trials. After the presentation, we will answer specific questions from attendees, we hope to see your there!

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in family and matrimonial matters, working as both a private practitioner and public defender.
