Overview:

In this complimentary webinar CLE, Robert Babcock, Esq. a Partner in Tully Rinckey’s Albany office, will explore the complex and evolving landscape of firearm laws in New York state. Stay informed about the state’s regulatory framework governing firearm ownership, licensing, and use. This program will provide a comprehensive overview of current statutes, key judicial interpretations, and practical implications for attorneys advising clients on Second Amendment rights and public safety matters.

  • Overview of New York’s Penal Law regarding weapon crimes;
  • licenses to carry, repair, and dispose firearms;

To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE.  A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.

After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
