Telework Policies & Reasonable Accommodations

Overview:

For federal employees with disabilities, the process of requesting reasonable accommodations at work can be nerve-wracking and overwhelming. In light of recent large-scale reductions in force (RIFs), however, the prospect of asking for “special treatment”— particularly remote work—can feel daunting.

In this webinar, Michael Fallings, Esq., a Managing Partner at Tully Rinckey, will provide an overview of the legal framework and procedural steps for federal employees requesting telework as a reasonable accommodation for a disability.
