24 February 2020 – Dublin– Tully Rinckey Ireland is pleased to announce that Grainne Loughnane has been promoted to Managing Partner of the partnership’s Dublin office. Loughnane who joined the practice in early 2019 oversees the firm’s commercial property practice and represents a new era of business leaders in the Dublin market. Loughnane previously worked in a top tier International law firm and over the years has been able to establish and build an international commercial property practice, representing some of Ireland’s leading property developers and international property funds.

“As Managing Partner, I plan to continue to deliver high quality services to our current clients while expanding our service offering to corporate clients in new practice groups. Much of the Dublin legal market is “reactive” while our practice provides a “pro-active” legal strategy to our client base. From a client perspective, we are in a position to offer top tier legal services at a mid-tier cost.  Our focus is to service both national and international corporate clients seeking to grow and expand their businesses locally and abroad” said Grainne.

Grainne will oversee the daily operations and expansion of the firm’s Dublin office and continue to provide exceptional legal representation to clients. Grainne focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate. Grainne has extensive experience in all areas of real estate transactions specialising in retail, development and investment acquisitions and disposals. She also advises on landlord and tenant law, acquisition and leasing of social housing and real estate financing. Grainne possesses a Certificate in Conveyancing and Property Law. She is admitted to practice in Ireland, England and Wales. She is a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Irish Women Lawyers Association. Grainne holds an honours LLB Law Degree.
