COLUMBUS, OH (Columbus Business First) — The national law firm Tully Rinckey is opening its first Midwest office at 8425 Pulsar Place at Polaris later this year.
Tully Rinckey’s core practice area is federal and private labor and employment law, which will be the focus of the Columbus office, according to a press release. Nationally, the firm handles a variety of legal matters, including military law, security clearance representation and family and matrimonial law.
The firm largely represents employees but also small employers, partner and CEO Michael Macomber told Columbus Business First.
“There’s a real gap in the legal industry, in my opinion, with really skilled attorneys to represent individuals, people who are facing issues at work, probably for the first time,” Macomber said. “And it could be things like disciplinary issues, harassment, discrimination, retaliation or any number of other prohibited actions at work.”
