LATHAM, NY, (Tully Rinckey PLLC) — Following the launch of the firm’s “Year of the Employee” in 2025, Tully Rinckey PLLC is continuing the initiative into 2026 with further reinvestment in the firm’s attorneys and staff. This reinvestment will allow Tully Rinckey to continue its aggressive recruitment of attorneys and staff by offering competitive compensation and above-market benefits in the Capital Region and other New York State office locations.
In an overwhelmingly positive response to the “Year of the Employee” initiative, in 2025, the firm saw increased retention among support staff positions that further underscores the firm’s ongoing and accelerated commitment to its attorneys and staff. The firm continues to hire and grow its legal team in offices throughout the United States while focusing on its core practice areas of labor and employment law, litigation, military and national security law, family and matrimonial law. The firm was recognized as a “Best Places to Work” by the Albany Business Review, Buffalo Business First, and the Times Union for 2025, further solidifying the firm’s continued commitment to its attorneys and staff.
Beginning on January 1, 2026, the firm implemented additional compensation and benefits, allowing the firm to attract and retain top legal talent and to continue providing top-tier legal services for its clients:
- An increase in starting compensation for first year Associates to $120,000 per year.
- A new bonus initiative that allows Attorneys to earn up to 60% of their base compensation.
