Tully Rinckey PLLC Partner Jennifer Corcoran, Esq. presents a free continuing legal education (CLE) course on administering a decedent’s estate Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the firm’s Albany, NY office, located at 441 New Karner Road.
An experienced estate planning attorney, Corcoran will discuss different types of estate matter filings with the court, specifically detailing court procedures and basic pleadings for each filing. Corcoran has been assisting families with their estate planning matters for more than 20 years, and in her early career, she served as the Deputy Chief Clerk of Albany County Surrogate’s Court.
Attorneys must register for the CLE by 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, and they must attend in person. Attorneys who attend the course in its entirety will receive one credit in the category of Skills.
