David Fallon Promoted to Title of Associate after Passing the Bar

Tully Rinckey PLLC wishes to recognize that aspiring attorney David A. Fallon has successfully passed the New York State bar examination and was officially sworn into the bar earlier this month. Mr. Fallon has spent the last three months at Tully Rinckey PLLC assisting other attorneys with case preparation and research as a law clerk. Since his admittance to the bar Mr. Fallon has been promoted to the title of associate.

“I’m excited and motivated to begin working on my own cases. Working under senior attorneys at Tully Rinckey the last three months has provided me a broad range of experience which will allow me to hit the ground running” said Mr. Fallon.

Mr. Fallon will now practice bankruptcy law and employment law at Tully Rinckey PLLC. For the last three months Mr. Fallon has worked under the guidance of many Tully Rinckey PLLC attorneys, including lead bankruptcy attorney Scott T. Dillon and employment law attorney Michael W. Macomber.

Mr. Fallon is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School graduate. Most recently, he worked as a fellow at the National Employment Law Project in New York, where he researched, developed and implemented employment-related policies and legislation. He has served as a law clerk for two other firms in New York and as a legal intern for the Workplace Justice Project at MFY Legal Service and the Innocence Project, both in New York. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Rochester.
