CLE: An Introduction to Labor & Employment Practices in the Federal Sector

Join us Wednesday, December 19th as Tully Rinckey PLLC Associate Nicholas Devyatkin presents a free continuing legal education (CLE) course.

Attorneys may attend the CLE in person at our New York City office location or view the course live online. Registration for this event ends at 5:00 PM on Tuesday December 18th. Online attendees will recieve their link to stram the CLE, course materials, and further instruction at 4 PM on December 19th.

This month’s CLE: An Introduction to Labor and Employment Practices in the Federal Sector will be led by Associate Nicholas Devyatkin. Mr. Devyatkin represents employees and unions in federal, state and private employment law matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower actions, prohibited personnel actions, disability retirement applications and disciplinary matters, and wage and hour litigation.

In this CLE, Mr. Devyatkin will explore the representation of federal employees in individual discrimination cases, disciplinary matters, and in the union context. Mr. Devyatkin will guide attorneys as he examines the unique substantive and procedural protections afforded to federal employees. Tully Rinckey PLLC is an approved Accredited Provider through the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board. Attorneys will receive one (1) credit hour in the Areas of Professional Practice upon completing this course.
