Aaron Pam, Esq., is an Associate in Tully Rinckey’s White Plains office, who handles civil and criminal litigation matters. He also has extensive experience handling appeals, including civil and criminal litigation, mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, general business matters, white-collar criminal investigation and defense, landlord-tenant disputes and social media-related and cyberlaw matters involving Internet privacy, cyberbullying, cyber-stalking, defamation, revenge porn, and free speech cases.

Mr. Pam served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, from October 1996 to September 1998. During law school, Mr. Pam also served as an intern to several federal prosecutors, in the Southern District of California and the Eastern District of New York, in 1995. After serving as an assistant district attorney, Mr. Pam served as senior law clerk to the Honorable George Bundy Smith, at the New York Court of Appeals, in Albany, NY. Thereafter, Mr. Pam worked at several prominent national law firms, including Kaye Scholer, LLP.

In private practice, Mr. Pam has represented clients and practiced New York law in cases involving civil litigation, criminal law, products liability, toxic tort, general business practice, labor & employment, landlord-tenant disputes, social media-related/cyberbullying cases, civil rights cases and appeals.

Mr. Pam was born in Buffalo, NY, and raised in Westchester County, NY. A graduate of Sleepy Hollow High School, Mr. Pam went on to graduate from the University of Maryland, in College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice. He then earned his law degree at the Fordham University School of Law, in 1996, in New York.

Mr. Pam is admitted to practice in New York (1997) and New Jersey (1996). He is also a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court (2004) and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York (2000), Eastern District of New York (2000), and District of New Jersey (1997).
