Charmaine is an associate attorney in Tully Rinckey’s Austin, Texas, office, where she focuses her practice on federal employment law.
Prior to joining the firm, Charmaine volunteered with the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES) and the International Refugee Assistance Program (IRAP). She has also worked at USC’s immigration clinic, working on refugee asylum cases as well as assisting clients to apply for and finalize their citizenship. She is also fluent in French and has helped many French-speaking clients with their legal matters.
Charmaine received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her bachelor’s in international relations from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Outside of her casework, Charmaine enjoys volunteering with local animal rescues and helping foster animals.
