Philip K. Banaszek is an associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office, where he focuses his practice on Federal and State Employment and Labor Law.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Philip served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Maine Superior Court, where he served a pool of Justices. Philip worked on a wide range of issues and cases on the Court, ranging from employment discrimination claims to land and title disputes, and brings that knowledge and experience with him to his practice.
Philip earned his B.A. in history from McGill University, in Montreal, QC, and earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, in Boston, MA. While at Northeastern, he served on the Northeastern Law Review. Through Northeastern’s co-op program, Philip also completed internships with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, with the Hon. Bruce Selya on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and with the law firm Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten, LLP, in Boston.
Philip is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
