Renee Segina Moore, CPA is an associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Rochester office, where she focuses her practice primarily in federal employment law.
Renee is admitted to practice law in New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Renee worked as a law clerk in a Rochester law firm, where she participated in the area of real estate law, providing support in commercial and residential real estate transactions, eviction and replevin actions and other real estate litigation matters.
Renee earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her juris doctorate from University at Buffalo School of Law.
During her time in law school, Renee worked at the New York State Office of the Attorney General litigation group assisting in the representation of the State and state employees. There, she focused on defending state employees in civil complaints involving constitutional rights violations. She also prepared legal memorandums, motions for summary judgment, and attended/participated in depositions. Additionally, she worked on Second Amendment cases, along with some eminent domain issues in the Court of Claims.
Renee is also a certified public accountant, having served as an audit manager specializing in health and human service organizations and governments. Her work primarily consisted of doing financial audits, fraud testing and compliance audits for federal and state funding.
