Taylor is an associate in Tully Rinckey’s Syracuse office. She concentrates her practice on representing clients in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative tribunals and agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), New York State Department of Human Rights (DHR), New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL), and the New York City Commission on Human Rights (NYCCHR). She draws on a broad background in litigation and corporate law, including performing legal research, reviewing documents, and preparing memoranda regarding complex issues in general liability matters, mass torts, and labor and employment disputes. Taylor has represented and assisted employees in various disputes, including human rights investigations and hearings; deposed defendant employers, co-defendants, and non-parties in a variety of litigation matters; and has participated in mediations and arbitration.
Taylor received her bachelor’s degree from the Syracuse University S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and her juris doctor from the Fordham University School of Law.
