Nathan primarily handles plaintiff-side employment law litigation, focusing on Title VII (race, color, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation) discrimination, disability rights, age discrimination, wage issues, and other employment law issues. Additionally, he focuses on labor law and has dealt with the NLRB on behalf of workers.
