Tully Rinckey PLLC employs largest hiring effort to date – canvassing attorneys along eastern seaboard to fuel firm growth

December 16, 2014 – Albany, N.Y. – As the New Year approaches and attorneys strategize their next career moves with hopes of annual salary increases and holiday bonuses in mind, Tully Rinckey PLLC will send thousands of letters out to virtually every practicing attorney in Albany, NY, Syracuse, NY and Washington, D.C. The letters outline the firm’s business plans as it begins a “speed interviewing” process in an effort to continue to grow its footprint and service offerings to clients statewide and nationally via its Washington, D.C. office.

“It is a direct, bull in a china shop style approach, but that has always been our approach to hiring in the Albany market,” said Mathew B. Once letters land in recipients’ mailboxes, Mr. Tully and key members of his management team plan to blitz each market in what can only be described as a high energy round of “speed interviewing.” Attorneys from Albany, Syracuse and Washington, D.C. who respond to the firm’s letters will rapidly move through face-to-face meetings with Founding Partner Greg Rinckey and Chief Operating Officer Graig Cortelyou.
