Adam P. Grogan, Esq. is an attorney in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Manhattan office, where he focuses his practice in employment law, federal employment law, and civil litigation.
Adam has extensive experience representing clients both state and federal, public and private, in state courts and agencies (Division of Human Rights, Department of Labor, etc.), and federally in courts and agencies, including the EEOC and MSPB, OSC, and others. Specifically, he has experience in cases of proposed removals, severance negotiations, Section 72 and 75 cases, and Article 78 appeals.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Adam was an associate in the White Plains office of an international law firm, where he practiced civil litigation in the courts of New York City and the surrounding Metro area. He represented doctors, hospitals and nursing homes in complex civil litigation, including taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
While in law school, Adam clerked for the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the National Labor Relations Board.
