Andrea is an attorney in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office, where she focuses her practice in federal employment law.
Andrea graduated from the Two-Year Accelerated Honors Program at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center in May 2020. She participated in the Veterans’ and Servicemembers’ Rights Clinic and Bankruptcy Clinic where she offered public assistance services for those in the community that needed legal services but could not afford them otherwise. Andrea was a legal extern for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office where she negotiated pleas, interviewed law enforcement, and prepared and submitted responses to discovery for defense counsel. Also, she was a Mentor for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York Justice Institute led by Judge Joseph F. Bianco, now United States Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
While at Touro, Andrea was the Managing Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity, a member of the Trial Advocacy and Practice Honor Society, and was the Two-Year Program Representative for the Student Bar Association. She also received awards and recognition during her law school career including the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Criminal Law I, the Exemplary Dedication to the Law Center for Exceptional Contributions to the Trial Advocacy and Practice Honor Society award, the Exemplary Dedication to the Law Center for Exceptional Contributions to the Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity award, the Exemplary Contributions to the Quality of Student Life award, and was a Merit Scholarship Recipient for both years of attendance at Touro.
