Daniel Siegel is an attorney in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office, where he focuses his practice in federal and state employment law.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Daniel worked as an assistant appellate court attorney for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department, in Brooklyn, NY. As an assistant appellate court attorney, Daniel researched and analyzed legal issues and questions for the court, and he prepared confidential objective reports and memoranda for the bench in advance of appellate arguments.
Daniel graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School in 2018. While in law school, Daniel was active in the law school community, serving as executive editor for notes & comments for the Albany Law Review and as dual degree senator for the Student Bar Association. Daniel also took part in a dual degree program between Albany Law School and Clarkson University and obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from Clarkson University in 2018. Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015, with a double major in economics and classical studies.
