Jennifer Wlodarczyk is an attorney with the Washington, D.C. office of Tully Rinckey, PLLC. Jennifer focuses her practice within the federal employment law section.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Jennifer worked as a Plaintiff’s federal civil litigation attorney in New York City. She focused her practice on breach of contract disputes as well as the federal consumer protection statutes of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
While in law school, Jennifer interned with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, under Chief Administrative Law Judge James T. McClymonds. Jennifer is also a Board Member of the Albany based not-for-profit, Project Totem.
