Maria Morse is an Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Syracuse office, where she focuses her practice on Family and Matrimonial Law.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Maria was a legal intern at Augustus Cullen Law in Dublin, Ireland, where she scrutinized discovery documents to identify relevant evidence for a multi-plaintiff medical negligence case against a major pharmaceutical company and the Irish State. She also organized, maintained, and contacted over 200 plaintiffs for a class-action-type breach of pensions contracts suit against a major airline, the pension trustees, and the Irish State

Maria previously worked as a law clerk for Leslie Gold McPadden, LLC in Waterbury, CT., and the Law Office of Jill H. O’Connor, P.C. in Danbury, CT. She was, a judicial extern in U.S. District Court and a Sappern Fellow in Connecticut Superior Court.

Maria obtained a general masters of law degree from Trinity College Dublin at The University of Dublin, where she studied globalization and the law; contemporary issues in international law; European Union competition law; Islamic law; comparative product liability; and international trade law. She obtained her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, magna cum laude, in Hamden, CT., where she was a member of the Moot Court Society; Mock Trial Honor Society; Student Bar Association, and Quinnipiac Law Softball Team. She obtained her undergraduate degree, cum laude, in criminal justice and sociology, from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.
