Ryan J. McCall joined Tully Rinckey PLLC in 2021, and focuses his practice in family law, real estate, business formation, and cryptocurrency matters. During his time in law school, Ryan served as the Treasurer for the Italian American Law Society where he developed a passion for helping clients and had the opportunity to learn from leading attorneys in the Capital Region.
Ryan has a background in family and matrimonial law, where he has first chair experience with a specialty in grandparent’s rights cases and representing victims of domestic violence in matrimonial, custody and family offense cases. He also has experience helping clients with their real estate matters. Ryan specializes in representing landlords in residential and commercial evictions before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and has written extensive articles regarding the ongoing issues landlords continue to face on a daily basis.
In addition to family and real estate matters, Ryan also has experience with both criminal and business law. Ryan has represented many clients for traffic tickets, misdemeanors and felonies as well as assisting clients with corporate and limited liability companies matters in a general counsel capacity including general advisement, formation, dissolution and sales.
He attributes his passion for advocating for clients due to the fundamental values instilled in him during his time at La Salle Institute in Troy and later Siena College. Ryan continues to maintain a strong relationship with the Stack Center for Entrepreneurship at Siena College where he frequently mentors young entrepreneurs on business formation matters.
In his spare time Ryan enjoys playing golf, traveling, playing with his dog Sabin, and watching the Green Bay Packers.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Ryan worked for Boies Schiller Flexner, LLP and The Colwell Law Group, LLC.
