Our compensation package includes:

  • Base compensation starting at $120,000 for first-year associates, with higher starting salaries for experienced attorneys and those bringing portable books of business.
  • Attorney bonus program, offering the potential to earn up to 60% of base salary in additional compensation.
  • 100% employer match on 401(k) contributions up to 6% for full-time employees.
  • 100% employer covered premium health insurance for all basic plans.
  • Free dental and vision coverage.
  • Two weeks vacation and an additional week vacation off after 18 months of full-time employment.
  • Eleven paid federal holidays.
