  • Legal research and writing
  • Client interaction
  • Case strategy
  • Business development
  • Collaboration

Law clerks are actively engaged in live matters across a range of practice areas, gaining meaningful exposure to the day-to-day practice of law. Working directly with experienced attorneys, they are assigned substantive responsibilities that develop core legal skills through applied experience rather than observation alone. The program is designed to build capability through progressively greater responsibility, collaboration, and hands-on learning.

Professional development is intentionally embedded in the experience. As clerks demonstrate growth and proficiency, they are entrusted with more complex assignments and greater autonomy, supported by consistent attorney guidance and performance-based feedback. Many of the firm’s attorneys began in similar roles and advanced into full-time positions, reflecting a clear internal pathway for development. As the firm continues to expand, so too do opportunities for law clerks to deepen their experience and advance within the organization.
