Nicholas A. Marricco is an attorney in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Manhattan office, where he focuses his practice on federal employment and education law.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Nicholas was a prosecutor for a prominent District Attorney in the City of New York, a civil rights attorney for families of disabled students, and an associate attorney for a boutique law firm. This experience has allowed Nicholas to serve as both a Plaintiff’s attorney and a Defense attorney, which allows him to effectively represent his clients at Tully Rinckey.

Nicholas is an experienced litigator. He has practiced before the Bronx County Criminal Court, Bronx County Supreme Court, Kings County Supreme Court, Queens County Supreme Court, New York County Supreme Court, Suffolk County Supreme Court, Westchester County Supreme Court, Administrative Law Courts, The United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, small claims court, the Equal Opportunity Commission, the New York State Human Rights Commission, and the New York State Workers Compensation Board. Nicholas has also first-chaired numerous hearings and depositions and has built a reputation for being an effective oral advocate for his clients.

Nicholas has experience in special education law litigation, employment discrimination, election law, and cemetery law.

Nicholas graduated cum laude from Albany Law School. Therein, he was an article editor for the Albany Government Law Review, President of the Italian American Law Student Association, Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta, and participated in his school’s moot court program. Before that, Nicholas graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany, where he majored in European History. Therein, he was involved in the Model European Union, where he led a conference of over 200 students in Brussels, Belgium, was active in Student Government, and was selected to speak at the History department’s graduation cemetery.

In his free time, Nicholas likes to spend time with his family and dog, Millie, go to church, watch basketball, and get involved in local politics.
