Jillian Falt, Esq., an Associate in the firm’s White Plains office, handles a diverse array of family and matrimonial law matters. Her family law practice includes pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, post-judgment modifications and enforcement, family offense matters, and child custody and access. She represents clients in all aspects of settlement, litigation and the negotiation and drafting of agreements. Ms. Falt’s practice also focuses on Education Law and Federal Labor & Employment Law.
Ms. Falt is renowned for her fastidious and caring approach to meeting clients’ needs. Moreover, her approach focuses on providing clients with unmatched care and insight. Her main priority is understanding a client’s objectives and tailors her counseling to those objectives when identifying, minimizing and resolving potential issues that can result in costly litigation or enforcement.
Ms. Falt attended Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. While at law school, she gained critical experience working as a Judicial Extern in the New York State Court System at the Bronx County Supreme Court for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Taylor. Working in the court system provided Ms. Falt with a wealth of valuable knowledge, as well as acute insight on the Court’s inner workings. Moreover, during her time at law school, she was actively involved in various student organizations.
