Overview: 

Tully Rinckey PLLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support our dynamic recruiting team in executing strategic hiring initiatives. This role is critical to helping expand our team of attorneys and professional staff across multiple offices throughout the country. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a background or strong interest in recruiting or human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

–    Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates who apply to open positions
–    Verify applicant information and update records in the applicant tracking system
–    Manage candidates through the prescreening stage of the hiring process
–    Consistently meet and exceed phone screen KPIs and other recruitment metrics
–    Support the Recruiting Department with various administrative tasks, including drafting job descriptions, generating reports and tracking data, as well as assisting with proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development efforts. 

Qualifications: 

–    Experience in Recruiting or Human Resources or a related field is preferred
–    Strong phone communication skills and comfortable with conducting outbound phone calls
–    Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
–    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
–    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
