Morgan Flitt, Esq. is an Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Buffalo office, where she practices Federal Labor and Employment Law. She is a Buffalo, New York native and attended John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Political Science. While in college, Morgan took an interest in politics and interned for NBC during the 2016 presidential election, as well as interned for a United States senator. Morgan received her juris doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2021. During law school, she was on the Editorial Board of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review, secretary of the Federalist Society, and competed in the Representation in Mediation Competition. Morgan’s passion for labor and employment law developed during law school as she took various classes related to the subject.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Morgan worked in banking compliance. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana and pending bar admission in the state of New York. Outside of Tully Rinckey, Morgan volunteers at Buffalo’s Family Court volunteer lawyer help desk, which provides free legal aid to eligible low-income individuals.
