Overview:

Mr. Hogan will draw on his many years of experience in the field of alcohol related criminal cases across the state of New York. In his career, Mr. Hogan has represented clients facing an array of criminal charges, including all classification of misdemeanors and felonies under New York State’s Penal Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law, as well as federal criminal charges.

To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.

After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
