It’s no secret that many companies require employees to take a drug test before taking a job.
But, with the legalization of marijuana in the state, things will be quite different.
“Employers who have been routinely drug testing are going to have to think twice about what they’re doing,” says Eugene Welch, an attorney at Tully Rinckey.
